Under the guidance of the Senior Director of Quality, Safety, and Regulatory, the Regulatory Affairs Specialist will initiate, facilitate, and accelerate enhancement initiatives and/or educational programs focused on safety protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance aligned with departmental and organizational objectives.

Patient/Customer Engagement

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist guarantees patient/customer engagement by upholding confidentiality and privacy; treating individuals with courtesy, dignity, and respect; considering the needs of all stakeholders; and addressing customer inquiries promptly.

Collaboration

Effectively collaborates with colleagues towards shared objectives by:

  • Actively fostering a positive atmosphere and enhancing team dynamics.
  • Exhibiting adaptability in job responsibilities to further support organizational aims.
  • Coordinating duties and tasks with the appropriate personnel at the necessary skill level to optimize productivity.
Communication Skills

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist articulates ideas and information clearly and succinctly in both verbal and written formats; listens attentively; keeps management and team members well-informed and responds to inquiries in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications

Education:

A Master's degree in a health-related discipline is preferred. An advanced degree in a clinical healthcare-related field with relevant prerequisite knowledge, experience, and skills will be considered.

Experience:

A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience as a healthcare professional.

Licensure/Certification/Registration Requirements:

Licensed or certified as a clinical healthcare professional in the commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Non-nursing candidates will be considered if their experience and qualifications align with the organization's needs.
