Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our client care team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and their tax resolution journey is seamless.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely updates on their tax resolution progress.
  • Document Management: Gather and process client documents, including tax forms and financial information, to facilitate efficient tax resolution.
  • Case Management: Collaborate with case managers to resolve tax cases, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tax resolution processes.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date on internal processes, tax laws, and regulations to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless client experience and successful tax resolution outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a client care or customer service role, preferably in the tax resolution industry.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with IRS letters, tax forms, and financial document review is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing processes.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
