Job Summary

Compass Retirement Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Appointment Setter and Marketing Assistant in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for leads coming from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the appointment calendar to prevent conflicts and double-bookings.
  • Communicate with leads through phone, email, and other channels to confirm appointments.
  • Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events such as seminars, dinner seminars, open houses, and other celebrations.
  • Support event logistics, including setting up venues, preparing materials, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to attendees and ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to guarantee seamless execution of events and appointments.
  • Monitor and report on appointment and event outcomes, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or event coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Salary Information

  • The base salary for this position is $60,000 per year, with potential bonuses and commissions totaling up to $85,000 annually.
