Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate to play a key role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, take initiative, technologically competent, charismatic, consistent, and have good people skills. They will be responsible for generating new relationships with law firms, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining engagement with active and prospective accounts, building and maintaining client relationships, tracking and recording metrics, and staying up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Responsibilities

- Develop relationships with law firms to present our value proposition and educate them on marketing opportunities

- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

- Maintain a level of engagement with all active and prospective accounts

- Build and maintain client relationships

- Track and record metrics throughout the sales process

- Stay up-to-date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge

Requirements

- 2+ years of Business Development, Account Management, or Sales experience in the Personal Injury/Tort Legal vertical (preferred but not required)

- Previous experience in mass torte marketing

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Strong organizational skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service principles

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay and Schedule

- $45,000-$200,000 annually

- Full-Time
