Position Summary: We are looking for an individual with a solid background in signage materials, construction, and installation, combined with a strong foundation in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to explore signage opportunities and manage project leads through to completion.
  • Guide customers through the signage process, providing insights on materials, installation methods, and project requirements.
  • Oversee art management (excluding creation), vendor quotations, and define project scopes based on client specifications and manufacturing capabilities.
  • Coordinate installation logistics, including scheduling, shipping, and parcel management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced setting with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is advantageous.
  • Capability to interpret and produce basic construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with both interior and exterior signage materials and manufacturing techniques.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively guide clients and discuss technical specifications with manufacturers and installers.
  • Experience in sourcing and quoting projects from vendors; existing knowledge of industry suppliers is a plus.
