Cannabis Dishwasher

Phat Panda is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Dishwasher to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring dishes and cookware are clean and sanitary for kitchen use.

This position is responsible for performing necessary prep work for edibles production, supporting and adhering to Grow Op Code of Ethics and Business Standards.

1. Prepares the kitchen for tasks outlined on the whiteboard.
2. Checks stovetops, tables, depositors, and sinks for cleanliness.
3. Wears necessary cleaning attire (slip-proof shoes, apron, gloves).
4. Understands the importance of using correct cleaners for each piece of equipment or surface.
5. Cleans dishes and maintains a clean and organized work area.
6. Measures sugars and flavors for edibles production.
7. Cycles out kettles and molds to keep production moving.
8. Receives work assignments directly or indirectly, primarily through verbal communication from supervisors and management.
9. Keeps inventory of necessary cleaning supplies and reports needed items to a lead or supervisor.
10. Performs all other duties as necessary or assigned.

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Convection kitchen experience is helpful but not necessary.
• Current Washington Food Handlers card.

This role requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The employee will be exposed to dusts, fumes, vapors, or mists that could affect occupational health. May be exposed to some toxic or caustic chemicals.
