Job Overview

SUMMARY:

In alignment with our vital global mission, our Quality Assurance Technicians play a crucial role in upholding our Quality Culture through meticulous product evaluations. This ensures that customers worldwide receive top-tier, high-performance products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct testing following established protocols and work instructions.
  • Gather and analyze test data for our records to inform process improvements.
  • Assist in the selection and setup of specialized testing equipment.
  • Perform a variety of analyses to identify and resolve issues.
  • Execute machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Reconstruct manufacturing equipment as necessary to maintain functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A two-year technical degree is preferred, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the necessary skills. Military Technical Training may be considered in lieu of a technical degree. A minimum of one year of experience in manufacturing or electronics testing is required. Familiarity with testing instruments such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, and Chart Recorders is advantageous. Experience in lean manufacturing, 6S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Proficiency in Windows-based and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) is beneficial. SKILLS:

  • Ability to interpret detailed schematics and perform basic troubleshooting on electronic and mechanical assemblies.
  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting while utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Capable of adhering to detailed work instructions and successfully completing daily tasks.
  • Adept at analyzing and resolving problems both independently and collaboratively.
  • Self-driven with strong organizational capabilities.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

COMMUNICATION:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to work effectively in teams comprising diverse cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds.

EDUCATION:

Minimum requirement of an accredited High School Diploma or GED.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Full-Time; 2nd shift.
