  • $300 for every 5 years of verified personal injury case management experience.
  • $750 for every 5 years of verified personal injury case management experience at a plaintiff law firm.
  • Monthly performance-based bonuses.

Position Overview:
  • Overseeing client case files and documentation.
  • Engaging with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects.
  • Negotiating settlements with insurance providers.
  • Assisting attorneys with the initial intake and management of client cases.
  • Maintaining communication and follow-up with clients throughout the case and treatment process.
  • Drafting legal documents such as Letters of Protection, CPRC Letters, Letters of Representation, Spoliation Letters, Tort Letters, and FOIA requests to medical providers and insurance companies.
  • Organizing and ensuring the collection and maintenance of relevant case elements, including insurance claims status, police reports, medical liens, and clients' treatment and medical history.
  • Identifying liability issues.
  • Maintaining regular contact with clients.
  • Gathering and reviewing medical and employment records.
  • Compiling demand packages.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in case management.
  • Experience in personal injury law.
  • Thorough understanding of auto insurance.
  • Knowledge of property damage, bodily injury, liability, commercial, uninsured motorists, and personal injury protection.
  • Strong grammar and proofreading abilities.
  • Proficient computer and phone skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with Flievine Case Management software is a plus.
  • This position is fully in-office.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, and certifications.
