  • Service Calls: Respond to service calls to customer homes for home security, alarm, and automation systems.
  • System Testing and Repair: Test, inspect, and repair various types of fire and security systems to ensure full system functionality.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete service technician paperwork and document account notes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service skills and attitude.
  • Problem-Solving: Possess proven problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Use of Tools and Equipment Safely
  • Experience Preferred
