Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the patient intake process
  • Lead group sessions to address facility and resident requirements
  • Engage effectively with residents and manage challenging situations
  • Coordinate community initiatives and volunteer efforts
  • Supervise assessment procedures
  • Track residents' development and record services rendered
  • Support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as necessary
  • Execute other assigned responsibilities
Qualifications:
  • At least a high school diploma or equivalent with 20 college credits
  • A minimum of one year of experience with Nexus Health Systems Ltd
  • Certification in AHA BLS and ABC 101
  • Possession of a valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record
