Key Responsibilities
  • Work interactively with clients and other design professionals to develop creative solutions for multifamily and mixed-use projects
  • Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards, and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline teams
  • Serve as a mentor and build the team
Requirements
  • Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited architecture program
  • Licensed to practice architecture
  • Ability to connect and promote ISG's solutions to clients
  • Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal communications
