Job Summary:

As a Rotational IT Support Specialist at Apex Systems, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to employees. Your mission is to resolve support requests, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain seamless service delivery. You will be at the forefront of technology solutions, collaborating with various lines of business across the bank.

Responsibilities:

• Handle imaging, configuration, installation, and troubleshooting of personal computers and software.
• Create comprehensive documentation and run reports, maintaining accurate records with clear communication and attention to detail.
• Engage with clients to devise innovative solutions that enhance services, thinking critically and proposing improvements.
• Stay informed about the latest technologies and adapt to the ever-evolving tech landscape.

Required Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years in technical support within a computer support environment.
• An associate degree in computer science and/or business, or equivalent work experience.
• A customer-centric attitude, with excellent customer service skills and strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support computer platforms across corporate, campus, and data center locations.
• Provide assistance on single projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
• Track corporate IT assets throughout their lifecycle.
