Responsibilities- Perform financial due diligence for clients who are acquiring businesses, analyzing financial data and identifying potential risks and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis to help clients evaluate their acquisition decisions and financing requirements, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information for financial analysis and building strong relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other functional areas of the practice, including tax, audit, and other consulting practices, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Represent the firm in community activities and professional associations, promoting the firm's expertise and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences.
- Major in Accounting or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally, with reliable modes of transportation.
- 0 - 2 years relevant work experience in financial analysis or a related field.
- A minimum 3.5 GPA is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to clients and stakeholders.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint), with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.
