Transaction Advisory Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Transaction Advisory Manager to join our growing team in Atlanta. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transaction services experience and 6 years of overall accounting experience.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, providing financial and due diligence assistance, and accounting advisory services.
- Analyze and synthesize target company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends, quality of earnings and working capital considerations, as well as potential liabilities and risks which impact valuation and negotiation of the transaction.
- Create and design tailored transaction advisory analyses specific to key issues such as normalized earnings, valuation model input assumptions, achievability of management's budget, indebtedness and client considerations, and carve-out financial statements.
- Document key findings and analysis in written report format.
- Interface and build successful relationships with client and target contacts.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and current CPA license preferred.
- Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MAcc, Finance) a plus.
- 3-5 years of transaction services experience and 6 years of overall accounting experience.
- Exceptional Excel skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Exceptional and proactive communicator (verbal & written).
- Ability/willingness to travel as needed (approx. 15%).
