Bachelor's degree in accounting with CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience with Viewpoint Vista a plus. Proven experience (8+ years) in progressively responsible accounting roles, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity. Proven ability to guide, coach, develop, and motivate a team.
