Position Overview

This full-time, on-site position for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at Nacho Offroad Technology involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical components and systems tailored for off-road vehicles. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that your designs fulfill performance, cost, and quality standards. Your involvement will span all stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final production. This role demands a solid grasp of engineering principles, proficiency in CAD software, and exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Over 5 years of experience in mechanical design
  • More than 5 years of experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and materials
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and adhere to project timelines
  • Experience in off-road vehicle design is advantageous
  • Understanding of regulatory standards and safety protocols is beneficial
