Medical Laboratory Specialist

As a Medical Lab Technologist, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of healthcare by performing complex laboratory testing and ensuring the accuracy of patient results.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct waived, moderate, and high-complexity clinical laboratory testing according to established protocols
- Perform quality control, linearities, and calibrations to ensure instrument accuracy
- Identify and troubleshoot potential problems with lab instruments and notify the Lab Manager or Lead Tech
- Participate in the evaluation and review of new techniques and procedures, including instrument requirements and correlations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment
- Four-year degree from an accredited program or three-year degree with one year of internship
- Current certification as a Medical Lab Technologist through ASCP or recognized equivalent certification
- 1+ years of experience as a Medical Lab Technologist (preferred)
