Job Title: Med Tech

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Med Tech to join our team at Caliche Senior Living. As a Med Tech, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Assist with resident assessments, including gathering information and documenting findings.
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting teamwork and communication.
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of a Med Tech training program.
  • Minimum of six months' experience in long term care, home care, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a memory care environment is preferred.
  • Able to work some holidays and weekends.
  • Must love being around and working with seniors.
