We are seeking a skilled Medical Technician to join our team at DispatchHealth Management. As a Medical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work under the supervision of licensed Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants to provide patient care and support.
  • Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
  • Perform IV starts and blood draws, as permitted by state law.
  • Apply splints and provide wound care.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain point-of-care laboratory equipment.
  • Perform EKGs and assist with daily functions of a mobile care delivery emergency unit.
  • Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
  • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements:
  • Medical Technician certification with IV certification.
  • Basic Certification with AZ, EMT License (hiring credential only).
  • Candidates with a bachelor's degree in a core science or lab science and experience using an i-STAT device are encouraged to apply.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • BLS, American Heart Association certification.
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to walk up and down several flights of stairs easily.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
