Job Summary

We're seeking an Operations Program Manager to manage key relationships with outside organizations, including facilities, clubs, leagues, tournaments, and camps. The ideal candidate will have a proven passion for Pickleball and the Selkirk Brand, with expert-level writing and speaking skills in English.

Responsibilities
  • Review team performance and product KPI measurements bi-weekly.
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities for the team.
  • Build new sponsorship offers within company policies.
  • Train new staff on sponsorship program delivery.
  • Support cross-functional operations teams with Wholesale, Sales, Teams, and Customer Service managers.
  • Establish new processes and adapt to change as the company grows.
  • Evaluate the competitive landscape to maintain winning offers for all sponsorship programs.
  • Maintain vigilance against fraud opportunities.
  • Review contract terms and language for multi-year sponsorship agreements.
  • Use Low-code Apps to manage process flows and customer responsiveness.
  • Review and assign service tickets for questions and follow-ups.
  • Manage relationships with sponsored parties.
  • Ensure compliance with Sponsorship terms.
  • Produce ROI assessments of sponsorships and key relationships.
  • Project manage new initiatives requested by senior leadership.

  • Exceptionally capable of adapting to change in a rapidly evolving industry and company.
  • Familiarity with contracts or a willingness to learn.
  • Editing, formatting, and creating training materials.
  • Creative writing and data analysis.
  • Organized and able to work with deadlines and multiple projects.
  • Understanding of Airtable, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Self-motivated to keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Minimum 40 WPM typing speed.
