Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate program activities, and provide leadership to our site's staff. The successful candidate will collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment, ensure compliance with regulations, engage with clients, and report on-site activities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise clinical and support staff at the facility, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee treatment plans for program participants, assessing needs, developing individualized plans, and regularly evaluating progress.
- Contact referrals and schedule intake appointments, ensuring timely and efficient client intake processes.
- Revise client programs/groups for Life Skills and Recovery (LSR/LSO) purposes, adapting to client needs and program requirements.
- Diagnose and document client notes, including Behavioral Risk Reduction (BRR) assessments as needed.
- Submit reports to relevant agencies, maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with external agencies, such as the Department of Family and Children's Services (DFCS), to maintain contract compliance and address programmatic needs.
- Monitor and audit client records and utilization management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Facilitate staff meetings, complete meeting minutes, agendas, supervision forms, and organizational charts, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage the intake waiting list and occupancy list, ensuring efficient client flow and resource allocation.
- Oversee the Therapeutic Childcare program, preparing monthly reports and ensuring program quality and effectiveness.
- Create staffing schedules and manage timesheets, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
- Monitor peer groups and life skills training discussion topics, adapting to client needs and program requirements.
- Submit monthly organizational charts to the Leadership team, promoting transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate the client's discharge process, ensuring a smooth transition to post-program support.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the program.
- Master's degree in a social service field (Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Human Services) or related field.
- Associate License or Fully Licensed in either LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
- At least two (2) years supervisory experience in mental health or healthcare settings.
- All applicants must pass an intensive background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Demonstrate expertise and knowledge in mental health and substance abuse services, as well as community resources.
- Supervision and Leadership: Ability to effectively supervise clinical and support staff, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Treatment Planning and Evaluation: Proficiency in overseeing treatment plans for program participants, assessing needs, developing individualized plans, and regularly evaluating progress.
- Administrative and Reporting Skills: Skill in managing administrative tasks related to client intake, documentation, reporting, and compliance.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication is essential for liaising with external agencies, coordinating referrals, and maintaining compliance with contractual obligations.
- Organization and Time Management: Managing multiple responsibilities, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining waiting lists, preparing reports, and overseeing staff meetings, requires strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
