Position Overview

Sea Fox Boat Company Inc. is a premier manufacturer of saltwater fishing vessels, seeking skilled individuals to contribute to our boat production process.

If you possess a keen attention to detail, you might excel in our laminating roles. Laminators are responsible for eliminating air pockets and ensuring seamless finishes on our decks, hulls, and various components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Eliminate air pockets and ensure smooth seams using specialized rollers
  • Choose pre-cut fiberglass strips and position them onto prepared molds
  • Utilize brushes or hands to press layers and eliminate wrinkles

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrates care and pride in their work
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic and commitment to daily attendance
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate controlled setting
  • Functions well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in lamination within the boat manufacturing sector
