Job Functions and Responsibilities
  • Participate in distribution center audits to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Complete dealer coupon audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct system access reviews to maintain data security.
  • Perform internal control reviews to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor ICAP review progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Complete journal entries to accurately record financial transactions.
  • Conduct reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop data analytics on core returns to improve business insights.
  • Enhance online reporting to provide real-time financial information.
  • Streamline budget and actuals reporting to improve financial planning.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned by Senior Managers and Controllers.
Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • An analytical self-starter with a high sense of urgency.

The salary range for our intern positions is as follows:

  • Undergraduate Students: $25.00/Hour.
  • Graduate Students: $30.00/Hour.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
