The Opportunity:

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly skilled Demand Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Customer Operations organization, you will be responsible for providing support for demand forecasting and product supply analysis to the US Commercial team. You will serve as the liaison between Global Supply Chain and other key stakeholders, performing various functions including quantitative analysis, cost benefit analysis, data mining, and data modeling.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in demand planning, inventory management, and data analysis. You will be responsible for analyzing demand and supply, collecting and analyzing current and historical data to identify strategic and operational insights. You will also be responsible for monitoring contract compliance and supply vs. demand adherence.

The Demand Planning Manager will prepare dashboards to provide reliable activity data to stakeholders with key insights. You will also be responsible for overseeing the successful operation of the end-to-end business process from the point of order drop in SAP to customer receipt of EPCIS data.

The Role:
  • Develops and implements demand planning strategies to meet customer commitments.
  • Measures and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Communicates plans and insights to key stakeholders, including the Commercial Customer Operations team.
  • Provides data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Stays up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand planning and supply chain management.
Your skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
