Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team at Bold MK. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
About the Role:
This position will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. Additionally, they will be able to escalate complex problems to appropriate departments when necessary.
Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
* Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
* Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to offer accurate support and solutions
* Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system
* Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
* Empathy and patience when dealing with customers
* Proficiency in using customer service software (CRM systems) and basic computer skills
