ECLARO is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee third-party risk management for our client in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in business operations, third-party risk programs, or strategic planning, with 2+ years of leadership experience and knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a central conduit between the Enterprise Third-Party Provider and the CIB business and support functions that own Third-Party engagements.
• Monitor the implementation of procedures and verify timeline completion of program requirements throughout the TP risk management lifecycle.
• Support ongoing awareness of and training on program requirements and remediation of third-party risks, incidents, and policy compliance across CIB.
• Verify proper escalation of third-party risks, issues, or events in a timely manner in line with The Client's policies and in line with business objectives.

Qualifications:
• 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Business operations, third-party or other front-line risk program, or strategic planning.
• 2+ years of leadership experience and knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking business (a combination of global Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Capital Markets, and Fixed Income and Equities Sales & Trading).
