  • Prepare weekly and monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card transactions.
  • Manage fixed asset reporting, processing, and related documentation.
  • Analyze project and brand costs, assisting with margin reporting.
  • Review payment processes and confirm supporting documentation.
  • Generate cash outflow reports and evaluate cash flow requirements.
  • Assist in dashboard and KPI reporting, along with Value Stream Reporting (LEAN Accounting).
  • Support ACH, wire transfers, and credit card transactions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to improve controls and processes.
  • Contribute to revenue and cost alignment for projects and provide performance analytics.
  • Engage in inventory analysis, cycle counts, and physical inventory reporting.
  • Assist with year-end financial audit requirements and sales tax reporting.
  • Participate in special projects and support compliance with internal controls.
  • Help develop desktop procedures and documentation for essential functions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within a manufacturing context.
  • Comprehensive experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable (both PO and Non-PO) in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger and internal control systems.
  • Proficient in inventory and cost accounting methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills and accuracy.
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment with stringent deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with sound judgment and a proactive approach to process enhancements.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $70,000.00 and $110,000.00 annually, depending on experience. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan. Employees have the flexibility to select coverage that aligns with their individual needs. Paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave as mandated by law, alongside any other required paid leave, and holiday pay subject to eligibility criteria.
