Job Summary:

The Quality Assurance Technician is responsible for ensuring the quality of products manufactured by Byrne Dewitt LLC. This role involves conducting quality checks, analyzing data, and implementing quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and protocols
  • Conduct training sessions for production staff on quality control procedures
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics to management
  • Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. chemistry, biology, food science)
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and protocols
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
