Job Overview

The Clinical Director at Maraca Learning oversees the day-to-day clinical operations of our Autism Centers. This role is responsible for building and maintaining an organizational culture that prioritizes clinical excellence and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome new patients into the center by providing families with a positive first impression through guided tours and supporting initial assessments.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring they receive comprehensive hands-on training and support.
  • Conduct regular mentorship meetings with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to ensure they have the resources needed to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
  • Oversight of BCBA onboarding, retention, and evaluation, as well as expertise in developing patient programming and caseload management strategies.
  • Maintain center organization and ensure all facilities meet established standards for aesthetics and functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements at the center level.
  • Assist with utilization and caseload management.
  • Carry a reduced caseload depending on the region's size and other responsibilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a BCBA, with excellent organizational skills and a proven track record of upholding clinical and operational standards.
  • Supervisory experience, overseeing BCBAs and RBTs directly reporting to this role.
  • Familiarity with organizational behavior management, business acumen, and human resources best practices.

Work Environment

Maraca Learning's Autism Centers are designed to be boutique-style, offering inviting and home-like environments for both learners and staff. As the Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in maintaining this atmosphere.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $72,500-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Travel may be required to Utah and/or Texas.
