Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Engineer, your primary duties will include:
  • Delivering on-site technical assistance to clients, focusing on troubleshooting and repairing intricate machinery and systems.

  • Collaborating with the engineering team to share insights, enhance processes, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our service offerings.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the Field Service Engineer position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the engineering sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in wiring, PLC, troubleshooting, and field service.
  • A degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and devise innovative solutions to technical issues.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with effective communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
