We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and lighting
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant and grounds to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms
  • Perform other maintenance and repair tasks as needed

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of maintenance or repair experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
