Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to patients
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to patients and families
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
- Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications
