Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team as a Travel LPN. This opportunity allows an LPN to travel locally by working in various GSS locations within a 150-mile radius from home address, providing care with competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, flexibility, and no contract requirement.
Job SummaryThe Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality care to our residents. As a Travel LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations, providing care with a focus on resident-centered care. You will be responsible for assessing residents, administering medications, and providing technical support to healthcare professionals as needed.
Responsibilities- Assess residents and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Provide technical support to healthcare professionals as needed
- Document resident interactions and outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality care
- Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
- Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
