Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Infant Care Educator to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of educators to create classroom plans and objectives, facilitating engaging activities based on the children's interests and developmental needs.
- Maintain open communication with families, documenting and sharing significant milestones in each child's daily experience.
- Ensure a safe and hygienic classroom environment by adhering to established protocols and standards.
Applicants must successfully complete necessary background checks and meet the educational and experiential criteria set by state regulations and company policies:
- Must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or a related field; OR
- Montessori certification with 480 hours of relevant experience; OR
- Associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or child development; OR
- Valid child development associate credential with 480 hours of relevant experience; OR
- High school diploma or GED with 12 semester hours and 960 hours of experience; OR
- High school diploma or GED with 12 semester hours, 18 CEUs, or a combination totaling 180 clock hours with 1,920 hours of experience; OR
- High school diploma or GED with 6 semester hours, 9 CEUs, or a combination totaling 90 clock hours with 3,840 hours of experience.
