We are currently seeking a full-time Lead Infant Care Educator to join our dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of educators to create classroom plans and objectives, facilitating engaging activities based on the children's interests and developmental needs.
  • Maintain open communication with families, documenting and sharing significant milestones in each child's daily experience.
  • Ensure a safe and hygienic classroom environment by adhering to established protocols and standards.
Qualifications:

Applicants must successfully complete necessary background checks and meet the educational and experiential criteria set by state regulations and company policies:

  • Must be at least 19 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education, child development, or a related field; OR
  • Montessori certification with 480 hours of relevant experience; OR
  • Associate's degree or higher in early childhood education or child development; OR
  • Valid child development associate credential with 480 hours of relevant experience; OR
  • High school diploma or GED with 12 semester hours and 960 hours of experience; OR
  • High school diploma or GED with 12 semester hours, 18 CEUs, or a combination totaling 180 clock hours with 1,920 hours of experience; OR
  • High school diploma or GED with 6 semester hours, 9 CEUs, or a combination totaling 90 clock hours with 3,840 hours of experience.
