Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an interdepartmental team to complete client projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions for clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure corporate account compliance to contract specifications and facilitate quarterly business reviews.
  • Recommend and track cost savings solutions to benefit clients and the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and identify opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer relationship management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strategic selling and sales management support experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity internally and within clients' facilities.
  • Ability to manage project/process management.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time by plane or vehicle.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Work Environment
