Overview

Audacy Sacramento is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Marketing Coordinator to play a vital role in driving successful promotional efforts and contributing to our growth. This role serves as a key link between our sales and marketing departments, facilitating and aiding in the creation, conception, and execution of impactful revenue-generating campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Promotion Development: Partner with sales representatives to conceptualize and develop innovative promotions and campaigns tailored to meet client needs.
  • Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with brand managers and the promotions team to ensure alignment with brand objectives and maximize revenue potential.
  • Execution and Coordination: Oversee the execution of promotional activities from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Recap and Analysis: Prepare detailed recaps of completed promotions, including performance metrics, client feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or promotional role, preferably in media or broadcasting.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills with an exceptional attention to detail, proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively between teams.
