ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensuring Safety and Security:

  • Prioritizes the safety of customers and staff, taking necessary actions to uphold a secure shopping experience.
  • Monitors building security, including access control and alarm system checks.
  • Emphasizes customer safety and adheres to emergency protocols.

Customer Engagement:

  • Interacts courteously with customers, associates, and management.
  • Upholds company branding and dress code standards.

Merchandising Standards:

  • Ensures that merchandise presentation aligns with company expectations.
  • Oversees the organization of the stockroom and the placement of products on the sales floor.

Loss Prevention Strategies:

  • Manages loss prevention efforts and observes customer and associate interactions.
  • Exhibits integrity and transparency in all dealings.

Front-End Management:

  • Optimizes productivity in front-end operations.
  • Trains associates on cash handling and operational procedures.

Fitting Room Oversight:

  • Ensures cleanliness and compliance with company policies in fitting areas.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handles cash management and payroll tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
  • Completes additional assignments as delegated by the Store Manager.
