Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating participant selection and monitoring participant safety
  • Assessing participant response to treatment plans and communicating with specialists and medical directors as needed
  • Providing leadership in weekly case conferences and ensuring safe care transitions
  • Fostering collaboration and communication among interdisciplinary teams
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A diploma, associate, bachelor, master's or PhD degree in Nursing
  • An active RN license in good standing from the relevant state board of nursing
  • At least two years of experience in adult cardiovascular nursing and/or cardiac rehabilitation
  • Current certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Excellent computer literacy, organizational and time management skills
Compensation and Benefits
