We are currently hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for school-based positions for the upcoming school year. Our team is dedicated to helping kids and their families, and we are looking for passionate and skilled individuals to join us.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans to help students manage challenging behaviors and increase skill acquisition.
  • Work with students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to support their development.
  • Collect data to track student progress and inform treatment decisions.
  • Support teachers and staff with managing challenging behaviors and providing a positive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • An Associate's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) experience is required, with a minimum of 6 months of experience.
  • Completion of 40 hours of Registered Behavior Technician Training is required.
  • RBT Certification is preferred but not required.
