Position Summary
- Act as a professional representative of Everence to members and prospective members.
- Efficiently manage member transactions and service inquiries.
- Encourage the use of credit union products and services through meaningful interactions.
- Assist colleagues with various office responsibilities as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately and securely process a variety of member transactions.
- Follow established security and cash handling protocols.
- Ensure cash is balanced and investigate any discrepancies.
- Provide detailed information on products and services to support members.
- Facilitate the opening and closing of memberships and accounts.
- Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate member records.
- Assist with branch operations and respond to member inquiries.
- Manage phone calls and other forms of communication.
- Support balancing and auditing functions.
- Conduct quality checks on new memberships and accounts.
- Engage in required training and participate in team meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in cash handling or retail is necessary.
- Basic knowledge of credit union operations is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to operate business equipment and utilize computer applications.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to branch needs.
