Position Summary

  • Act as a professional representative of Everence to members and prospective members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and securely process a variety of member transactions.
  • Follow established security and cash handling protocols.
  • Ensure cash is balanced and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Provide detailed information on products and services to support members.
  • Facilitate the opening and closing of memberships and accounts.
  • Complete necessary documentation and maintain accurate member records.
  • Assist with branch operations and respond to member inquiries.
  • Manage phone calls and other forms of communication.
  • Support balancing and auditing functions.
  • Conduct quality checks on new memberships and accounts.
  • Engage in required training and participate in team meetings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience in cash handling or retail is necessary.
  • Basic knowledge of credit union operations is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to operate business equipment and utilize computer applications.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to branch needs.
