About the Role

The Assembly Technician will work in various areas of our manufacturing facility, assembling different motor components. This role focuses on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and is a unionized company. It includes opportunities for growth and eligibility for health and welfare and retirement benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and assembling motor components with minimal supervision
  • Following quality system procedures as required
Requirements
  • Ability to read process instructions and detail drawings
  • Basic math skills required
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently but function in a team-based environment
Physical Demands
  • Standing - 8 hours a day
  • Lifting - No more than 50 pounds
