Key Responsibilities
- Leverage your knowledge of roofing materials, labor expenses, and industry trends to generate precise and comprehensive cost assessments.
- Engage with project managers and other key players to grasp the project scope, required materials, and labor needs for commercial roofing initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure accurate pricing for materials and services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in estimating costs for commercial re-roofing projects.
- Familiarity with EDGE software is preferred.
