KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on-site, which includes managing the property within the approved operating budget, supervising the leasing process, collecting rents, managing delinquency, and submitting regular reports.
Foster a positive atmosphere that enhances the resident experience.
Build and nurture relationships with campus and community resources.
Promote exceptional customer service through staff training and ongoing performance evaluations.
Collaborate with team members in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Manage diverse projects, from marketing initiatives to construction efforts.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years in property management.
Proficient in technology with the ability to quickly learn new software, including:
- Google Apps
- Microsoft Office
- Cloud-based management and dashboarding tools
Experience managing multiple projects and processes simultaneously in high-pressure situations.
Familiarity with Entrata Software or similar property management software is advantageous.
Detail-oriented with experience in budget management and P&L ownership.
A collaborative team player capable of motivating colleagues to achieve high performance and providing constructive feedback.
Professional demeanor and presentation suitable for client interactions.
