We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Family Partnership Program Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of first-time parents and their families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide home visiting services to first-time expectant clients and their families, utilizing a strengths-based, client-centered approach.
- Assess physical, emotional, social, and environmental needs of clients and their families, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive support to clients and their families.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in maternal and early childhood home visiting.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of program policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or an Associates degree in Nursing (ASN) with the expectation to begin the path to BSN within 5 years of employment.
- Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing or the ability to obtain prior to start date.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork.
- Valid driver's license, up-to-date auto insurance, and a good driving record.
