Key Responsibilities- Visit customer sites on a regular basis to provide plant care services
- Service all required plants on the specified day, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing as needed
- Maintain and communicate appropriate light conditions and orientation for optimal plant growth
- Ensure plants and display containers are clean and free of dust and debris
- Prevent damage to surrounding floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. from water and/or moisture
- Maintain scenting and air purification equipment as necessary
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients
- Establish first-name-based relationships with our clients to address their concerns and check in with them on every service
- Solid communication and critical problem-solving skills
- Experience caring for plants is preferred
- Experience interacting with clients
- Have a good driving record and ability to drive a van/truck
- Able to safely climb ladders and work on ladders
- Experience using pruners, scissors, and other sharp objects
- Must pass pre-employment background screen
- Must possess a valid driver's license and pass motor vehicle record search
- Competitive pay range: $17 - $20.58/hour
