Your Role:

The Logistics Project Manager (LPM) is essential in spearheading projects and driving change within the organization. Acting as the main connection between leadership and project teams, the LPM possesses a broad understanding of logistics practices, representing various sub-functions including Customer Service, Transportation, Customer Supply Chain, and Fulfillment Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex logistics operations projects across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring successful initiation, execution, and transition to standard operations.
  • Develop project plans, establish timelines, and communicate key milestones while ensuring project objectives are met within budget and constraints.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to provide updates, assess risks, and develop contingency strategies.
  • Utilize data analysis and critical assessments to influence decision-making among leadership teams.
  • Optimize resource management and communication to reduce execution times and costs.
  • Provide logistics expertise for business unit-led projects as necessary.
  • Contribute to feasibility assessments for business and functional initiatives.
  • Enhance team performance through the development and implementation of best practices and tools.
  • Represent the Logistics team in the Project Management Community of Practice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
  • At least 5 years of logistics experience in key areas such as Transportation, Customer Service, Fulfillment, or Customer Supply Chain.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business management, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of project management experience.
  • 7 years of logistics experience in relevant fields.
  • Experience across multiple logistics disciplines is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficient analytical skills.

Work Environment:

This position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the office and 2 days of remote work.
