Job Overview

As a Marketing Brand Coordinator at Instep Management Group, you will play a vital role in enhancing our company's branding and client representation efforts. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client products and services while staying informed about competitive offerings.
  • Design and deliver engaging sales presentations to clients during on-site marketing initiatives.
  • Inform potential customers about the advantages of our services to create a favorable brand experience and drive sales growth.
  • Support market testing and assist in identifying target territories.
  • Maintain daily communication with team members regarding campaign progress and strategize for ongoing success.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in direct marketing, field marketing, sales, B2B or B2C environments, brand management, or customer service roles is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presentation skills, or a willingness to develop these abilities through training.
  • Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Highly organized, articulate, and eager to take on challenges.
  • Leadership experience is considered a plus.
