Responsibilities:

* Support Account Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
* Contribute to Sales Goals: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client sales targets.
* Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Support Negotiations: Assist in negotiating agreements to enhance profitability.
* Deliver Solutions: Ensure timely and effective delivery of solutions that meet client objectives.
* Communicate Progress: Keep stakeholders informed about the status of ongoing initiatives through clear and concise communication.
* Identify Opportunities: Collaborate with the vendor management team to identify growth opportunities within product categories.
* Analyze & Report: Assist in tracking key metrics and preparing reports that provide actionable insights.
* Presentations: Contribute to the creation and delivery of sales presentations.
* Handle Challenges: Assist in addressing client requests and resolving issues promptly.
* Support QBR/ABRs: Participate in Quarterly and Annual Business Reviews.

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.
* Experience with Amazon's Vendor or Seller Central is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
* Experience in an eCommerce agency or Amazon-related role is highly preferred.
