Role Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Litigation Support Specialist, you will be instrumental in managing intricate litigation cases and nurturing strong client relationships. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive litigation assistance to attorneys throughout all phases of the legal process, from initial information gathering to trial and appeal.
- Overseeing and organizing complex cases, maintaining case files, and ensuring that all documentation is current and easily retrievable.
- Conducting meticulous document reviews, summarizing legal documents, and aiding in the preparation of reports and other legal materials.
- Establishing and maintaining robust client relationships, serving as the primary contact for client inquiries, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication.
- Assisting in trial preparations, including drafting legal pleadings, preparing exhibits, coordinating witness preparations, and providing in-court support as necessary.
Qualifications:
To qualify for the Permanent Litigation Support Specialist position, candidates should possess:
