Center for Human Development, Inc. is in search of a Behavioral Health Court Coordinator and Dual Therapist. This role involves working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges along with substance use disorders, who are either engaged in community restoration or participating in behavioral health court. The position is responsible for coordinating treatment services and overseeing the Behavioral Health Court as well as evaluations for the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB).
Relocation Assistance: CHD offers up to $3,500 in relocation assistance and up to $2,000 towards first month rent.

Qualifications:- Master's Degree in a social science field is required to qualify as a QMHP.
- LCSW is preferred or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- CADC certification or a commitment to obtain it.
- Experience in MRT and forensic community-based collaborative treatment is desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- Familiarity with assessment and treatment planning is necessary.
- Willingness to perform occasional on-call crisis duties.
- All Master level QMHPs must be credentialed as mental health investigators or be willing to pursue credentialing.
- A valid Oregon Driver's license and insurability for client service purposes are required.
- Must pass all criminal history checks and drug screenings as mandated.
- If the Master's degree is not yet obtained, candidates must be enrolled in a program with at least 30 quarter credits or 20 semester credits completed.
- Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions along with assessments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans.
- Act as a court liaison related to Aid & Assist and community restoration.
- Serve as a liaison and treatment provider for Union County Behavioral Health Court.
- Collaborate with clinical supervisors and the behavioral health team to coordinate services.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of reports related to Aid & Assist services, PSRB, and Behavioral Health Court.
- Coordinate legal skills training and case management with the Aid and Assist Case Manager.
- Participate in agency and community committees as a representative of the BHT team.
- Engage in the Crisis Team rotation for backup support during crises.
- Understand and comply with agency productivity requirements.
- Pursue investigator certification and conduct pre-commitment investigations as needed.
- Complete documentation promptly and encourage collaborative documentation when appropriate.
- Assist in overseeing the treatment court, including meeting attendance, grant reporting, and budget management.
- Ensure treatment court policies and procedures are updated annually and adhered to during operations.
- Oversee the statistical database and evaluation processes for the treatment court.
- Facilitate ongoing training for the treatment court team and ensure new members receive orientation.
- Work with the treatment court team to assess and place participants in suitable care levels.
- Utilize validated clinical screening tools for participant placement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
